At RealRE360 and its subsidiaries (Real Investor Blueprint, Real Agent Playbook, and Real Housing Lab), we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and resources. Due to the digital nature of our courses and materials, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to the course that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate purchase of the same course or subscription.
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact allie@realre360.com within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Email allie@realre360.com with your order details, including the purchase confirmation number.
- Describe the issue or reason for your refund request.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed courses, downloads, or digital resources accessed in full.
- Partial completion or dissatisfaction with course content due to personal preference.
- Promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases unless stated otherwise.
